Chemica Metallic - Heat Transfer Vinyl

Chemica Metallic HTV is a premium flex heat transfer vinyl or t-shirt vinyl that provides a rich, fashionable metallic look in a glossy smooth film presentation. Chemica Metallic HTV delivers a shiny dazzling look without the thick, scratchy texture, and remains amazingly soft and flexible. Not only does Chemica Metallic heat transfer vinyl make a statement, it's also very thin and stretchable unlike other metallic heat transfer vinyls on the market. It's high metallic glossy finish makes it an excellent choice for any type of design creation especially prep wear and dancewear.

Common applications for Chemica Metallic heat transfer vinyl include custom apparel, graphic tees, logos and appliques for cheer and spirit wear. Chemica Metallic HTV is suitable for use on cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends, acrylic and similar non-siliconized fabrics.

This film has not been tested with hybrid DTF/DTG printers and may not be compatible.

Application Directions: Reverse cut Chemica Metallic Heat Transfer Vinyl with 45° blade. Weed excess material. Preheat garment in heat press at 280-300°F for 5 seconds. Position Chemica Metallic HTV application on garment and heat apply 290°F for 15 seconds on medium pressure. Slowly peel liner after cooling. A teflon sheet should always be placed between the heat platen and the plastic carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design. 


Wash Instructions: Wait 24 hours before first wash. Turn garment inside out. Hand wash on cold with mild detergent. NO bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Instructions apply to the material only. Please follow garment washing instructions as well.
