SignWarehouse offers a 30-day return policy for most unused equipment and supplies to ensure your business operations remain seamless. We are committed to providing high-quality signage solutions and will work with you to resolve any hardware or software discrepancies.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a traceable carrier to our distribution center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a refund or store credit to your account within 7-10 business days.
